It’s official. I had to start my car 10 minutes before leaving this morning. It was 39°F. I could have froze to death. Probably. At the very least it made looking out clear windows difficult.
AND- I had to wear SHOES. WITH socks. Unbelievable.
I actually have to drag out the sheets to cover the plants. Thankfully, it only happens a few times a year. Then it is back to business as usual. Getting outside and enjoying the amazing weather!
And poking fun at people in other places that have to worry about their hair follicles SNAPPING OFF.
All laughter aside, I really do love my home state. I can stay warm-ish here in Phoenix and if I want to see snow, it’s just a couple of miles away.
